We’re looking for a personable, detail-savvy and sales-focused Customer Success Specialist to join the Archie Rose team in a casual part-time role.
You’ll support clients looking to create branded Archie Rose spirits - from bespoke corporate gifting to tailored bottles for weddings, celebrations, and business milestones. Your goal? To make their buying experience seamless, enjoyable, and completely hassle-free, while confidently converting inbound enquiries into confirmed orders.
In this role, you’ll respond to incoming enquiries, prepare quotes, answer questions and guide customers through the ordering process — always with warmth, professionalism and a strong focus on delivering results. You’ll also be comfortable picking up the phone to follow up with leads and support conversion, and recommend other Archie Rose offerings, such as venue hire or spirits masterclasses.
We’re looking for someone who’s organised, confident and motivated by great service and sales outcomes.
