We’re hiring someone who enjoys speaking with customers and helping them get better results.


In this role, a large part of your week will involve phone and video conversations with equipment suppliers who advertise on our marketplaces. Your job is to help them onboard for success, understand how they’re performing, look for gaps in their setup, answer questions and guide them on simple ways to improve their results.


If you enjoy solving problems, building relationships and seeing customers succeed, this role can be very rewarding.


We are a Sydney-based team that works closely together in person and values responsiveness, curiosity and clear communication.

Our marketplaces connect 3+ million buyers with 10,000+ machinery and equipment suppliers across IndustrySearch, MedicalSearch and HospitalityHub.


Our goal is simple: help suppliers connect with the right buyers and help buyers make confident purchasing decisions.


What You’ll Spend Most Of Your Time Doing

  • Customer calls - Speak with suppliers by phone or video to onboard them, enhancement their presence, answer questions and help them improve results
  • Performance reviews - Walk customers through their enquiry activity and performance metrics
  • Practical guidance - Suggest simple improvements to listings, response behaviour and quoting activity
  • Problem resolution - Help solve issues customers may encounter on the platform
  • Relationship building - Develop trusted working relationships with the customers you support
  • Opportunity spotting - Identify when customers may benefit from increased exposure or additional products and oversee the implementation of those changes
  • Internal collaboration - Work with sales, marketing and product teams to ensure customers are supported
  • Customer feedback - Share insights from customer conversations to help improve our platform and services

Compensation & Location

Base salary - $60,000 to $75,000 depending on experience

Performance incentives - Additional earnings linked to customer outcomes

Location - Sydney based, primarily in-office
