Join Data#3 as a Customer Support Representative, where you’ll play a crucial role in delivering outstanding service and support to our technology clients.

In this full-time hybrid role (2 days in the office) based in Brisbane, you’ll provide expert assistance, streamline processes, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. In this role you will: 

  • Partner with Account Executives to support customer success through quotes, proposals, and tailored solutions

  • Manage customer relationships through responsive communication and proactive problem-solving

  • Drive operational excellence through accurate pricing, reporting, and order management

  • Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery

  • Support business development through administrative excellence and event coordination 

About You 

  • 2+ years' experience in technology sales support or customer service

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word

  • Proven track record of building positive customer relationships

  • Sharp attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

  • Experience in IT product administration and vendor management
