In this full-time hybrid role (2 days in the office) based in Brisbane, you’ll provide expert assistance, streamline processes, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. In this role you will:
Partner with Account Executives to support customer success through quotes, proposals, and tailored solutions
Manage customer relationships through responsive communication and proactive problem-solving
Drive operational excellence through accurate pricing, reporting, and order management
Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery
Support business development through administrative excellence and event coordination
About You
2+ years' experience in technology sales support or customer service
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
Proven track record of building positive customer relationships
Sharp attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Experience in IT product administration and vendor management
