About The Role

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will take full ownership of key customer relationships across the region. You’ll be the voice of the customer internally and the strategic partner externally, managing commercial outcomes and ensuring the seamless delivery of projects. This role requires someone who can think commercially, deliver technically, and influence stakeholders at every level.

Key Responsibilities Include

Manage a portfolio of high-value public and private transport customers
Lead renewals, account growth, and customer satisfaction metrics
Collaborate with internal teams across Product, Project Management, Technical and Executive
Identify and resolve operational issues, ensuring high levels of customer retention
Represent customer feedback internally to shape future product and service offerings
Run strategic reviews, planning sessions, and performance updates

Skills & Experience

Experience in customer success, account management, or commercial leadership roles
Strong background in managing technical or complex service delivery environments
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to grow existing accounts and lead strategic customer conversations
Experience in SaaS, infrastructure, public transport, or adjacent industries
Tertiary qualifications in Business, Engineering or a related field
