Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid position for a Director of Customer Success, based in the Greater Sydney Area. The Director of Customer Success will be responsible for leading and optimizing customer relationships, driving customer satisfaction and retention, giving feedback to global product team and ensuring successful customer experiences. Key responsibilities include managing client accounts, developing and executing customer success strategies, leading a team of customer success professionals, and identifying opportunities to enhance customer engagement and value creation. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and results is a critical part of the role.


Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention strategies
  • Experience with Account Management and building long-term client relationships
  • Proven Team Leadership in managing and developing customer success teams
  • Solid understanding of Customer Experience design and implementation
  • Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in commercial real estate, energy management, or related industries is an advantage
  • A bachelor's degree in business management, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced master's degree is a plus with good practical knowledge in controls, thermodynamics and HVAC.
