We are currently raising an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the upcoming Supervisor vacancies across our NSW Warehouse and Transport operations sites. If you're an experienced leader ready for your next challenge, we'd love to hear from you.

Warehouse Supervisor – 
In this role, you will:
•    Lead operations for a household name customer
•    Support, manage and develop a large operational team
•    Manage the allocation of appropriate resources to achieve agreed objectives and targets
•    Guide the activities of coordinators to ensure customer success and achieve overall objectives
•    Maintain and build on effective relationships with customers
•    Meet time-specific deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Transport Supervisor – 
In this role, you will:
•    Be responsible for the transport logistics and distribution of our customer's products, managing and overseeing the safe day-to-day operation of the warehouse
•    Focus on and commit to leading and driving a safety and compliance culture
•    Develop and manage the overall operation, ensuring maximum optimisation of warehouse, stock and equipment
•    Ensure cycle counts are completed and any concerns are actioned
•    Conduct regular audits
•    Act as the key point of contact for customer and warehouse escalations
•    Develop, coach and support all members of your team

About You:

• Experience working in a 3PL warehouse/ transport company
• Proven performance management and strong leadership experience
• Highly experienced in building and maintaining customer relationships
• Demonstrated knowledge and use of a WMS System - ideally Manhattan
• Proven Continuous Improvement and problem-solving skills
• Confident and able to engage, motivate and lead people to achieve individual and team goals
• A passion for managing team dynamics
• High level planning and organisational skills to ensure operation excellence
• Superior software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
• A police clearance is required for this position, completed during the recruitment process
