Role Description

  • Head of Revenue Growth leads company-wide growth strategy across acquisition, retention, pricing, expansion, and revenue operations
  • Growth Marketing Manager focuses on scalable customer acquisition, lifecycle marketing, and conversion optimization
  • Customer Success Manager (CSM) focuses on customer retention, onboarding, adoption, renewals, and account expansion

These roles often work closely with sales, product, marketing, data, and executive leadership.

Key ResponsibilitiesHead of Revenue Growth
  • Defining revenue growth strategy across sales, marketing, and customer success
  • Owning growth KPIs such as ARR, MRR, CAC, LTV, churn, and expansion revenue
  • Leading pricing, upsell, cross-sell, and monetization strategies
  • Building revenue operations and forecasting models
  • Aligning GTM (go-to-market) teams for scalable growth
  • Managing growth teams and reporting to executives or board members
Growth Marketing Manager
  • Running paid and organic acquisition campaigns
  • Managing lifecycle marketing (email, CRM, re-engagement)
  • Optimizing funnels, landing pages, and conversion rates
  • Executing A/B tests across campaigns and channels
  • Managing SEO, SEM, paid social, partnerships, and referrals
  • Analyzing performance metrics and ROI by channel
Customer Success Manager
  • Onboarding new customers and driving product adoption
  • Managing client relationships and health scores
  • Reducing churn and increasing renewals
  • Identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities with sales teams
  • Acting as customer advocate internally with product/support teams
  • Conducting QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews) and success planning
Qualifications (Must-have)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, or related field
  • Experience varies by role:
  • Customer Success Manager: 2–7+ years
  • Growth Marketing Manager: 4–10+ years
  • Head of Revenue Growth: 8–15+ years
  • Strong commercial mindset and customer focus
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical ability with KPI ownership
  • Experience working in fast-paced growth environments
  • Ability to collaborate across departments
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Familiarity with customer success tools like Gainsight, ChurnZero, or Totango
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Microsoft Power BI
  • Knowledge of paid media tools such as Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
  • Understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, CAC, LTV, NRR, churn)
  • Experience in SaaS, fintech, e-commerce, marketplace, or subscription businesses
  • Strong experimentation/CRO background
  • Revenue operations or GTM systems experience
  • Experience managing regional or global teams
  • MBA or growth leadership experience is a plus
