What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end ERP implementations for new customers, from kickoff through go-live
• Analyze customer business processes and translate them into system configuration
• Manage and execute data conversion and migration
• Coordinate implementation timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Deliver customer training sessions (remote and occasional onsite)
• Support change management efforts to drive user adoption
• Act as the primary implementation point of contact for assigned accounts
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to resolve issues and improve implementation processes
• Contribute to documentation, best practices, and implementation standards as the team scales

What we are looking for

• 1-2+ years of experience in ERP, SaaS, or business systems implementations
• Experience with data migration, data mapping, or system conversions
• Strong customer-facing and consulting skills
• Ability to understand and document business workflows
• Comfortable working with structured data (CSV files, imports, validations)
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Clear communicator who can work with both technical and non-technical users
• Self-directed and comfortable managing multiple implementations in parallel

Nice to Have

• Background in construction, equipment rental, field service, or asset-heavy industries
• Experience with rental management systems such as Baseplan, Point of Rental, InspHire, Texada or MCS
