Implementation Consultant

Job Context

Simpro (Aroflo) is on an exciting growth trajectory, rapidly expanding our customer base and evolving our platform with new modules, integrations, and AI-driven capabilities. As part of this momentum, we’re looking for an Implementation Consultant to play a critical role in setting our customers up for success from day one.

As an Implementation Consultant, you’ll be the bridge between our technology and our customers. You’ll lead onboarding, guide system configuration, and deliver training that empowers customers to get real value from the platform quickly.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you’ll combine technical understanding with strong communication skills to deliver a seamless onboarding experience.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end onboarding for new customers

• Configure the Aroflo platform to align with customer workflows

• Deliver engaging training sessions (virtual)

• Provide best-practice guidance to ensure strong product adoption

• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams

• Identify opportunities to improve onboarding processes and customer experience

What You’ll Bring

• Experience with trades, field service, or construction software

• Experience in implementation, onboarding, training, or customer success roles

• Strong ability to translate technical concepts into practical solutions

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects

• Background working with SaaS platforms or workflow-based systems
