Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Adelaide, SA, for an Implementation Consultant. The Implementation Consultant will manage the end-to-end software implementation process, including analysing client needs, configuring solutions, and ensuring successful project delivery. Responsibilities include consulting with stakeholders, collaborating with internal teams to design and execute implementation plans, and providing training and support to clients during the transition. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, clear communication, and ensuring adherence to project timelines and goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Software Implementation and Project Implementation to deliver solutions effectively and ensure client satisfaction
• Strong Analytical Skills to accurately assess client processes, identify challenges, and develop tailored solutions
• Experience in Consulting to guide clients during systems implementation and provide strategic advice
• Excellent Communication skills for facilitating clear interaction with clients and collaboration with internal teams
• Project management and organisational skills to handle multiple projects and deliver on time
• Adaptability and a proactive approach to working with evolving business needs
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field preferred
• Experience in a similar role or within a tech-related industry is a plus
