About The Role
We are looking for an Implementation Manager to lead the onboarding journey for some of the most sophisticated enterprise customers in financial services. You will manage POCs, pilots and full-scale implementations from kickoff to BAU, ensuring customers realise value quickly and confidently. Success in this role means creating clarity, momentum and predictability across complex projects, while partnering with Sales, Solution Consulting, Product, Engineering and Customer Success to deliver a smooth path to go-live.
This role sits at the heart of customer impact and is critical to turning new wins into long-term, successful partnerships.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead end to end delivery of POCs, pilots and onboarding projects from kickoff to BAU.
- Build and manage project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies and stakeholder communication.
- Run structured customer sessions including kickoff meetings, technical walkthroughs, workshops, weekly check-ins and go live readiness reviews.
- Translate solution discovery into implementable configuration and coordinate integrations, data flows and environment setup.
- Validate API behaviour, mapping, data requirements and test outcomes to ensure go live readiness.
- Provide clear, proactive updates to customers and internal teams, escalating risks early.
- Deliver customer enablement sessions and ensure a smooth handover to Customer Success.
- Maintain and improve implementation documentation, templates, processes and runbooks to support scale.
- Partner with Product Managers to provide actionable feedback based on onboarding learnings.
- Navigate complex enterprise environments including governance, security reviews and multi-layered stakeholder groups.
What You'll Bring To The Role
- Experience delivering enterprise SaaS implementations, ideally in fintech, risk, fraud or financial crime.
- Strong project management capability including planning, dependencies, risk management and executive reporting.
- Understanding of APIs, data flows, integration patterns and environment management.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues across configuration, integration and data layers.
- Experience working with large, complex enterprise customers and high-stakes implementations.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication with the ability to simplify complex information.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with confidence engaging senior, technical and compliance stakeholders.
- High attention to detail with strong organisation and structure.
- Ability to align cross-functional teams with differing priorities.
