This is primarily an account management role focused on developing trusted customer relationships, growing existing accounts, and identifying new opportunities across our Managed Services, Microsoft, AI, Security, Cloud, and Enterprise Solutions portfolio.

What You'll Do
Manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts
Build trusted relationships with business and technology decision-makers
Identify opportunities to expand customer value and improve business outcomes
Lead customer strategy reviews and technology roadmaps
Introduce innovative solutions across AI, Microsoft 365, Security, Azure, and Managed Services
Develop new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and prospecting
Collaborate with Jasco's specialists to deliver exceptional customer outcomes
What We're Looking For
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Business Development, or Technology Sales
A passion for technology and customer success
Commercial acumen and a growth mindset
A desire to learn, develop, and build a long-term career in the IT industry
