We’re on the lookout for a proactive and customer-focused Internal Account Manager to join our high-performing Sales team in Carole Park. If you enjoy building strong relationships, uncovering opportunities, and hitting targets in a dynamic environment—this is your chance to thrive.

What You’ll Be Doing 

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of Small to Medium customers, driving revenue, margin, and profitability
  • Build strong relationships through regular virtual meetings, calls, and emails
  • Re-engage inactive accounts and identify new opportunities
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools
  • Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities while optimising pricing strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences
  • Enhancing customer satisfaction and retention

About You 

  • Experience in sales or account management (internal/phone-based sales advantageous)
  • Proven track record of hitting KPIs in a target-driven environment
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a team
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
  • Solid computer skills (Microsoft Office + CRM experience)
