Internal Engineer - HVAC

Design and quote HVAC solutions for commercial and residential projects across VIC and TAS. Partner with customers and sales teams to deliver exceptional service, drive project success and strengthen long-term business relationships while supporting category growth.

The key responsibilities we would trust you with:

As an Internal Engineer, you'll play a key role in supporting project delivery and sales success across Victoria and Tasmania. You'll create HVAC designs and quotations, build strong customer relationships and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Create accurate HVAC designs, equipment selections and quotations
• Support sales teams to convert project opportunities into sales
• Build strong relationships with contractors and specialist accounts
• Maintain project pipelines and customer records within CRM
• Track project opportunities and provide timely sales support
• Improve quoting tools and processes to increase efficiency
• Deliver technical advice on HVAC products and applications
• Promote Panasonic solutions and support customer engagement events
• Monitor market activity and identify growth opportunities
• Share industry insights and competitor intelligence with stakeholders

Skills & Experience:

• Mechanical Engineering qualification
• Knowledge of HVAC design principles and applications
• Experience with design, quoting and CRM software
• Strong Excel and technical computer skills
• You build relationships and communicate effectively with customers
