About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Customer Success & Product Enablement Associate to help ensure customers have an exceptional experience when adopting AutoCyber AI products.

This is a customer-facing opportunity focused on onboarding, product guidance, client support, and helping organisations confidently adopt emerging cybersecurity and compliance technologies.

You will become a product expert across:

• Penetration testing platforms (WASA AI)
• Compliance and governance platforms (CRP Comply)
• Security automation products (WASA AI, NAD AI, SecureEasy AI, SPARK AI)
• Emerging agentic AI solutions across our ecosystem (CRP products)

This role is ideal for someone who is highly communicative, professional, quick to learn, and interested in cybersecurity, AI, SaaS, or enterprise technology.

No coding experience is required.

Customer Onboarding

• Guide clients through initial setup
• Support first-time product use
• Help ensure smooth product adoption

Product Enablement

• Explain platform capabilities clearly
• Answer customer questions
• Help clients apply best practices

Customer Success

• Build strong customer relationships
• Monitor engagement and adoption
• Identify friction points early

Experience Delivery

• Help deliver an enterprise-grade customer experience
• Build client confidence during implementation
• Act as a trusted product guide
