We're looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Key Account Manager to join our Sydney Commercial team.
This role is focused on managing and growing a portfolio of valued commercial customers. You'll act as the primary point of contact for key clients, working closely with internal teams to ensure service excellence while identifying opportunities to strengthen customer relationships and grow existing business.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong partnerships, solving problems, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Managing a portfolio of key commercial customers
Building strong relationships with customer stakeholders
Conducting regular account reviews and customer meetings
Identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts and increase customer value
Working closely with Operations and Service teams to ensure service excellence
Resolving customer concerns and managing escalations where required
Supporting pricing reviews, contract renewals, and customer retention initiatives
Maintaining accurate CRM records and account documentation
Working with your manager to support portfolio growth and customer satisfaction targets
Experience in account management, customer success, sales, or relationship management
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Proven ability to manage and retain commercial customers
Commercial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities
Highly organised with strong time management skills
Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams
Current Australian driver's licence
