About the Role

Due to continued growth, we're looking for a Manager, or Senior Manager of Employee Share Plans to join our expanding Employee Share Plans team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in employee share plans, registry, equity administration, or client project delivery who enjoys building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional outcomes.

Reporting to the Head of Employee Share Plans, you'll join a growing and highly experienced team responsible for delivering employee share plan solutions to listed and unlisted organisations across Australia.

We're open to candidates at a range of experience levels, from those looking to build a career in Employee Share Plans through to experienced professionals seeking their next challenge. Whether you have recently gained experience in equity plans, registry, financial services, or client administration, or you bring several years of industry experience, we'd love to hear from you.

In this role, you'll manage and support employee share plan clients, coordinate key projects and plan activities, and work closely with stakeholders to deliver an exceptional client experience. The scope and complexity of your responsibilities will be tailored to your level of experience, with strong support, training, and development opportunities available.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Manage a portfolio of Employee Share Plan clients, delivering an exceptional client experience.
  • Coordinate and deliver employee share plan projects for listed and unlisted organisations.
  • Guide clients through employee share scheme activities and annual reporting requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders and act as a trusted point of contact.
  • Support the onboarding of new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and successful implementation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance service delivery, and drive client satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams including Registry, Technology, Product, and Business Development.
  • Provide feedback on client requirements and support the ongoing development of Automic's technology platform.
  • Stay informed on industry developments, regulatory changes, and best-practice approaches to employee share plans.

About You

We're looking for someone who enjoys working closely with clients, managing multiple projects, and delivering outcomes in a collaborative environment.

You'll bring:

• Experience working with Employee Share Plans, Equity Plans, Registry Services, Financial Services, or a related industry.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building capability.
• A client-focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with financial services or securities administration systems is highly regarded.
• Relevant qualifications in Finance, Business, Commerce, Law, or a related discipline are desirable.
