We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Move Coordinator to join our growing team based in our Canberra branch, Hume.
You will play a key role in supporting the movement of household goods for both domestic and international markets. Working as part of a collaborative team of Coordinators, you will help guide customers through one of life's biggest transitions, delivering a seamless relocation experience from start to finish.
This role does offer work-from-home flexibility following an initial training period in the office. In addition to work-from-home flexibility, Sirva also has other flexibility initiatives to support work-life-balance.

This role requires the successful candidate to obtain and maintain Negative Vetting Level 1 (NV1) Security Clearance. Applicants must be Australian Citizens.
What’s involved?
As a Move Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating domestic and international household goods relocations while delivering exceptional customer service throughout the entire move process.
Acting as the primary point of contact, you will work closely with customers, client stakeholders, moving partners, and suppliers to ensure every relocation is managed smoothly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the packing, transportation, storage, and delivery of household goods and personal effects.
Liaise with customers, clients, removal partners, and third-party suppliers to ensure seamless service delivery.
Monitor and manage relocations through to final delivery.
Arrange travel, transport, and accommodation requirements where applicable.
Manage client documentation and establish accurate relocation records.
Provide regular updates and proactive communication throughout the relocation journey.
Follow up with internal branches and external suppliers for quotations, documentation, and move status updates.
Identify customer needs and take appropriate action to deliver outstanding service outcomes.
Meet service delivery KPIs and maintain high customer satisfaction standards.
Work collaboratively with fellow Coordinators to support shared goals and customer success.
What You'll role?
Experience in a customer service, administration, logistics, relocation, or coordination environment.
Previous experience in customer service roles such as travel, hospitality, reception, administration, or similar customer-focused environments will be highly regarded. Experience within household goods moving, international relocation, mobility services, or government contracts is advantageous but not essential.
