This role suits someone with a customer success, business analyst, or implementation background who enjoys working directly with clients and translating business needs into practical outcomes. You will be highly client facing, running onboarding sessions, delivering training, and ensuring successful implementation across mid-tier and enterprise customers. You will also bring a proactive mindset, support new client growth opportunities and helping clients prepare for compliance requirements ahead of the July 1 deadli
