Onboarding & Training Manager – PropTech (Fully Remote, Preferably Sydney)

Salary: $80,000–$100,000 + super (depending on experience)

BA ICON is a fast-growing PropTech platform built specifically for Australia’s leading buyers’ agents. We help real estate professionals run their businesses end-to-end with powerful CRM, workflow automation and deep real estate integrations.

We’re now looking for an Onboarding & Training Manager to own the experience new clients have from sign-up to full adoption. This is an exciting time to join a fast-growing PropTech team that’s genuinely changing how buyers’ agents operate.

The opportunity

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for new BA ICON customers. You’ll turn signed deals into successful long-term users by managing onboarding, coordinating data, configuring accounts and delivering high-impact training – all while working closely with our Business Development team.

  • Location: Fully remote – preferably Sydney (for easier collaboration and occasional in-person catch ups)
  • Salary: $80,000–$100,000 + super (depending on experience)
What you’ll be doing
  • Own the end-to-end onboarding journey for new BA ICON clients
  • Run discovery sessions to understand client workflows, systems and business goals
  • Coordinate data gathering, cleansing and import (contacts, pipelines, deal history, properties, etc.)
  • Configure accounts, workflows and integrations aligned to best practice for buyers’ agents
  • Deliver engaging online training sessions (1:1 and group) to drive adoption
  • Build and refine onboarding playbooks, checklists, help guides and training materials
  • Work closely with the Business Development team to ensure a seamless handover from sales to onboarding
  • Track onboarding milestones, time-to-value and adoption, and flag risks or opportunities early
  • Feed product and process feedback back into the team to continuously improve the platform and experience
About you

You’re a customer-focused operator who loves systems, people and process.

  • Experience in onboarding, implementation, training or customer success (SaaS preferred)
  • Background in real estate or PropTech (buyers’ agency, sales, PM, CRM) is a big plus
  • Confident handling data and spreadsheets – imports, basic cleansing, mapping fields
  • Strong communicator who can explain software in clear, practical language
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple onboardings and stakeholders at once
  • Proactive, solutions-focused and comfortable in a fast-growing, evolving environment
  • Based in Sydney is preferred, but strong remote candidates across Australia are welcome
