Role Overview


We’re looking for a proactive, relationship-driven Onboarding Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll sit at the intersection of sales and customer success - guiding brand partners through onboarding and ensuring their long-term engagement. What You'll Do:


Onboarding & Implementation


  • Lead all aspects of brand onboarding, including technical setup and project planning
  • Manage project delivery for brand teams and internal stakeholders
  • Execute the SA onboarding process, collaborating with internal stakeholders (Brand Success, Data Engineering, Sales)
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering closely to continuously refine the process to improve efficiency and customer outcomes.


Brand Success & Relationship Management


  • Build and nurture strong relationships with brand customers, becoming a trusted advisor and primary point of contact
  • Deliver initial and ongoing training for brand teams, adjusting content and approach to their unique needs and workflows
  • Ensure brand teams remain highly engaged after go-live through consistent communication, tailored support, and strategic check-ins.


Sales & Pre-Sales Support


  • Play a role in the sales process by participating in product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance during evaluations conversations.


Customer Success Partnership


  • Work closely with Customer Success on Support to ensure high-quality support resolutions and a seamless experience across the customer lifecycle
  • Product collaboration & feedback loop
  • Participate in product testing to ensure new features are clear, functional, and ready for rollout
  • Collaborate on and execute rollout plans for new features, including customer communications and internal alignment
  • Gather customer insights and feedback, collaborating with the Brand Success team to align on priorities and requests for Product teams.


What You Bring


  • Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with system implementation with brand/enterprise clients
  • Comfort with technical concepts and the ability to translate them into simple, actionable guidance
  • Excellent communication skills, both with customers and cross-functional internal teams. Developing strong customer relationships is a must
  • 5+ years of Retail expertise with a solid understanding of how fashion businesses operate. Experience as a senior merchandise buyer or planner is a plus
  • Able to succinctly deliver commercial feedback and carry out structured testing to support product process.
