Payroll Manager – Customer Success & Delivery (Australia)

Join Xemplo Payroll and take ownership of payroll delivery across a portfolio of Australian clients.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with clients, takes ownership, and wants to help improve how payroll is delivered — not just process it.

The Role

• End-to-end payroll (weekly, fortnightly, monthly)
• Awards, super, payroll tax, terminations — done accurately and on time
• Manage a portfolio of clients as a key point of contact
• Build strong relationships through reliable delivery and clear communication
• Identify improvements and drive better use of Xemplo Payroll
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years Australian payroll experience
• Strong knowledge of awards, Fair Work, super, and compliance
• Hands-on, accountable, and detail-focused
• Confident working directly with clients
• Practical mindset — gets the job done while improving it
• KeyPay experience preferred
