THE OPPORTUNITY

We're looking for a Product Manager who loves turning customer problems into beautifully executed product experiences.

This is an execution-focused role where you'll partner closely with Engineering, Design and stakeholders across the business to deliver meaningful product improvements. You'll own features from discovery through delivery, balancing customer needs, business priorities and technical considerations to build products that make a measurable difference.

You'll join a collaborative Product team with the opportunity to influence our roadmap while helping shape the future of the Hapana platform.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Execute the product roadmap by prioritising and delivering features that create value for customers and the business.
• Partner closely with Engineering and Design to manage the product backlog, define user stories and deliver high-quality product releases.
• Engage with customers, analyse product data and validate ideas to ensure we're solving the right problems.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Support and Marketing to deliver successful product launches and keep stakeholders aligned.
• Measure product performance, customer adoption and feedback to continuously improve the user experience and inform future roadmap decisions.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

We're looking for someone who's naturally curious, customer-focused and loves solving problems. You'll ideally have:

• 4+ years experience as a Product Manager, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
• A track record of delivering successful software products and features.
• Strong understanding of Agile product development and modern software delivery practices.
• Confidence working with Engineering and Design teams to bring ideas to life.
• Experience using customer research and data to make product decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complex ideas for different audiences.
• A collaborative mindset with the confidence to challenge thinking and drive outcomes.
