Canon Production Printing Australia is seeking an experienced and commercially focused Product Manager -Customer Success to manage our production printing product portfolio and act as a key link between customers, Sales, Service, Operations, Finance and our regional and global product teams.

About the Role

This is a highly customer facing role responsible for driving product growth, profitability, market share and customer adoption.

You will combine product management, customer engagement and commercial insight to identify opportunities, strengthen customer relationships and support profitable sales growth across the product portfolio.

The role will manage the product lifecycle from launch through to end of life and support product readiness, pricing, forecasting, customer demonstrations, strategic sales opportunities, marketing campaigns and sales enablement.

You will regularly engage with customers, prospects, partners and internal stakeholders to understand market needs, resolve customer pain points and help convert opportunities into commercially successful solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the assigned product portfolio across the full product lifecycle.

• Develop product strategies, go to market plans and customer value propositions.

• Work closely with customers, prospects, Sales and Service to understand needs and support sales opportunities.

• Support customer meetings, product demonstrations, events and strategic opportunities.

• Manage pricing, margin optimisation, forecasting and product performance.

• Develop sales tools, presentations, customer collateral and product training.

• Monitor customer feedback, market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and risks.

• Drive lead generation, brand awareness and customer engagement through marketing campaigns.

• Ensure products, services and solutions are ready for market at the right time and price.

• Build strong relationships with internal, regional and global stakeholders, including Canon Production Printing headquarters in Venlo.

• Communicate product updates, market insights and launch information across the business.

About You

You will bring:

• Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business or a related discipline is preferred.

• At least 3 years experience in product management, customer success, marketing or a similar commercially focused role.

• Strong commercial and business acumen, with an understanding of revenue, margin and profitability.

• Experience developing product strategies, go to market plans or marketing campaigns.

• Confidence engaging directly with customers and supporting strategic sales opportunities.

• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

• The ability to build trusted relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.

• A proactive, self motivated and results focused approach.

• Experience in printing, technology, capital equipment or B2B solutions would be advantageous.

• A current driver’s licence and willingness to travel locally and interstate as required.

• Full Australian working rights.
