Roi-AI is growing and we’re looking for a Product Training & Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Perth.
This is a great opportunity to join a fast growing SaaS business working with cutting edge automation and AI. Our platform helps recruitment businesses unlock more value from their database, improve engagement, and automate time consuming processes within the systems they already use.
In this role, you will play an important part in shaping the customer experience from day one. Your primary focus will be onboarding new customers, delivering product training via Microsoft Teams, and supporting customers through day to day ticket management and support. You will help customers build confidence with the platform, understand how to use it effectively, and get real value from Roi-AI.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, is confident delivering training, and takes pride in providing a high standard of customer support. Experience in the recruitment sector would be ideal, but we are also open to candidates with strong SaaS, software training, onboarding, or other relevant customer facing experience.
This role will suit someone looking for a stable, long term position in onboarding, training and customer support. It is not designed as a stepping stone into management or a broader commercial role. Instead, it is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys working directly with customers, delivering great service, and wants a role that can flex around other life commitments. We think it will particularly appeal to someone who values meaningful work, flexibility, and the chance to build deep capability in this area over time.
What you’ll be doing
• Onboarding new customers and guiding them through the early stages of using Roi-AI
• Delivering engaging product training sessions via Microsoft Teams
• Helping customers understand how to use the platform effectively in their day to day work
• Managing support tickets and ensuring queries are handled promptly and professionally
• Building strong customer relationships and providing a consistently high level of service
• Working closely with the wider team to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience
• Capturing customer feedback and recurring questions to help improve training and support resources
What we’re looking for
• Experience in a customer facing role such as customer success, onboarding, training, account support or similar
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong written and spoken English
• Confidence running training sessions and speaking with customers over video
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• A proactive, professional and customer focused approach
• The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
• Recruitment sector experience would be highly regarded
• We will also consider candidates with strong SaaS, software training, or other relevant experience

Salary: AUD $65-75,000 + superannuation
Part time arrangements would be prorated accordingly.
