POSITION OVERVIEW


We are looking for two Sales & Client Success Managers to lead Arioneo’s commercial development and customer relationships across Australia.

These roles combine business developmentaccount management, and technical support to ensure strong adoption and long-term customer success.

The role holders report to the Managing Director and work closely with global sales, customer success, and product teams.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


Sales & business development

  • Identify and engage new trainers and stables
  • Conduct on-site demonstrations
  • Manage the full sales cycle
  • Increase the number of devices per client


Customer Success & Trainer Experience

  • Onboard new clients and ensure proper setup
  • Build strong relationships with trainers and their teams
  • Ensure the product is used effectively in daily training routines
  • Drive renewals and long-term engagement
  • Identify upsell opportunities


Support & day-to-day operations

  • Act as the first point of contact for client support
  • Help resolve usage issues and coordinate with internal teams when needed
  • Ensure a smooth and reliable experience for trainers
  • Follow up proactively with clients


Field presence

  • Be regularly present on the ground (tracks, stables, trials)
  • Represent Arioneo in the local racing ecosystem


Market feedback

  • Share structured feedback from trainers to product and marketing teams


CANDIDATE PROFILE


Experience

  • Experience in sales, account management, or business development
  • Experience in racing, equine industry, or sports technology is highly valued
  • Proven ability to manage a full sales cycle


Skills

  • Strong relationship and communication skills
  • Autonomous and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients
  • Comfortable with CRM tools and data-driven sales approaches


Personal Attributes

  • Passion for the racing or equine industry
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Field-oriented and willing to travel regularly
