As Sales Manager for Services and Infrastructure, you will shape the future direction of our Western Australian market while driving growth across infrastructure, managed services and emerging technologies, supported by one of Australia's leading technology solutions providers. 

In this role you will: 

  • Lead, coach and inspire a high-performing team of sales professionals across WA.

  • Develop and execute a state sales strategy aligned to national growth objectives.

  • Drive revenue growth, market share and achievement of sales targets through disciplined sales cadence.

  • Support strategic customer engagements and influence major, high-value opportunities.

  • Build strong relationships with customers, vendors and industry partners.

  • Expand growth across infrastructure, managed services and annuity-based offerings.

  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, development and customer success. 

  • Provide structured coaching, enablement and performance support to help sellers lift capability, execute consistently and achieve their goals.

  • Create and manage sales budgets

About You:

  • Proven success leading high-performing technology sales teams.

  • Strong background selling complex IT solutions within a Systems Integrator or similar environment.

  • Commercially astute, with a track record of delivering sustainable revenue growth.

  • Credibility to engage senior executives, customers, partners and vendors.

  • An authentic people leader who builds trust, develops capability and drives accountability.

  • Experience influencing strategic deals and complex customer engagements.

  • Exposure to government, mining or enterprise markets will be highly regarded.
