As part of our commitment to creating inclusive communities, Bayley House is the exclusive distributor of the internationally recognised Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Program across Australia and New Zealand. The Sunflower program supports people living with non-visible disabilities by encouraging greater awareness, understanding and inclusion across businesses, government, transport, education and community organisations.
We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Sales Support Coordinator to join our growing Hidden Disabilities team.
As the Sales Support Coordinator, you will provide high-level administrative and customer support to organisations participating in the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Program across Australia and New Zealand.
Working closely with our Business Development, Marketing and Fulfilment teams, you will support customers throughout their entire journey—from onboarding and implementation through to renewals, ongoing account support and relationship management.
This is a varied role combining sales administration, customer success, account coordination and business support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships while ensuring operational excellence.
You are an organised, proactive and customer-focused professional who enjoys supporting clients and building strong working relationships.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, and take pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work. Whether assisting customers with onboarding, supporting sales activities or coordinating account administration, you bring a positive attitude and a solutions-focused approach.
You will ideally have:Experience in sales support, customer service, account coordination or administration.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and strong data accuracy.
Ability to build positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Experience coordinating customer onboarding, renewals or account management (desirable).
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain if applicable prior to commencement).
Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
Eligibility to work in Australia.
