Senior Consultant, AMS - Financials & CPM

As a Senior Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional outcomes for customers using our Financials and Corporate Performance Management (CPM) products. You'll partner with customers to understand their finance, planning, budgeting and reporting needs, provide expert product guidance, and support successful solution delivery across complex projects and programs.

What you'll be doing…

• Leading and contributing to customer implementations across TechnologyOne Financials and Corporate Performance Management products.
• Providing expert product, process and consulting advice across finance, budgeting, planning, reporting and performance management solutions.
• Facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and supporting solution design, configuration, testing and customer readiness activities.
• Partnering with customers to understand their business challenges and translate them into practical, best-practice solution outcomes.
• Managing project deliverables, identifying risks, and ensuring successful outcomes aligned to customer expectations and program objectives.
• Supporting change requests, estimates, proposals and other commercial activities across Financials and CPM engagements.
• Building trusted relationships with finance teams, executives, project stakeholders and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentoring and supporting less experienced consultants, sharing product knowledge, delivery practices and customer success insights.
• Contributing to continuous improvement by providing feedback on products, processes, tools and delivery methodologies.

Your Talents…

• Proven experience implementing or consulting across enterprise Financials, ERP, budgeting, planning or reporting solutions.
• Strong understanding of finance processes, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliation, budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• Experience with Corporate Performance Management solutions, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, analytics or management reporting.
• Strong consulting capability, with the confidence to facilitate workshops, gather requirements, advise stakeholders and guide solution outcomes.
• Excellent presentation, communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial acumen with the ability to balance customer outcomes, project delivery and business objectives.
• Demonstrated leadership capability, with experience mentoring others and contributing to a high-performing consulting practice.
• An understanding of how consulting, product, support and delivery teams collaborate to create successful customer outcomes.
• Experience with TechnologyOne Financials, TechnologyOne CPM, or similar enterprise software platforms would be highly regarded.
