PubMatic is hiring a Senior Customer Success Manager to own and accelerate strategic publisher growth across ANZ.

As a senior leader within Customer Success, you won’t just manage accounts — you’ll drive strategy. You’ll turn data into revenue, insight into action, and relationships into sustained commercial success. Publishers will rely on you as a trusted advisor navigating an increasingly complex programmatic landscape.
You’ll partner closely with Product, Engineering and Commercial teams in a business powered by AI-driven innovation and advanced data intelligence. Own and expand a portfolio of strategic ANZ publishers, with full accountability for revenue growth and long-term value creation
Design and execute multi-quarter growth strategies that leverage PubMatic’s AI-driven capabilities to unlock incremental revenue
Position AI-powered optimisation, automation, and data intelligence as core drivers of publisher monetisation performance
Translate performance data and machine learning insights into clear, revenue-generating action plans
Lead executive-level conversations around how AI enhances yield, efficiency, audience strategy, and competitive advantage
Drive adoption of AI-enabled products and features, ensuring publishers maximise value from automation and advanced decisioning
Partner with Product and Engineering teams to bring market feedback into the evolution of AI solutions
Identify opportunities where AI-led optimisation can reduce manual processes, improve operational efficiency, and accelerate growth
Anticipate commercial risks and use predictive insights to proactively protect and expand revenue streams
Represent PubMatic as a leader in AI-powered programmatic innovation across the ANZ market
6+ years of success driving revenue growth within programmatic advertising, AdTech or digital media
Demonstrated ownership of significant revenue targets, with consistent overperformance
Experience managing senior and executive-level publisher stakeholders
Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to convert data into strategic action
Deep understanding of SSPs and the broader programmatic ecosystem
Confidence operating in fast-paced, evolving technology environments
Genuine interest in working within an AI-driven and data-enabled business.
Clear, persuasive communication skills with the ability to influence decision-makers
Structured account planning capability and strong cross-functional collaboration
