In this role, you'll:

 

Lead the delivery of customer service and contract management for SCATS, a globally recognised Intelligent Traffic Management Platform operating in over 200 cities worldwide. You will champion customer success by building strong, long-term relationships while ensuring clients have seamless access to the support, training, and services they need to thrive.


Acting as the central point of coordination between customers, distributors, and internal teams, you’ll drive service excellence by resolving issues proactively, enhancing delivery standards, and identifying commercial opportunities. You’ll also play a key role in shaping the future of the product by translating customer insights into actionable input for product development ensuring solutions are grounded in real-world needs and deliver lasting value.

 

 

About you

 

•    You’re a commercially astute Sales or Account Management professional who knows how to turn relationships into results. You build trust quickly, understand customer needs deeply, and deliver practical, high-impact solutions that drive value for both the client and the business.


•    You take the lead on customer experience and engagement strategies, translating insight into action in fast-paced, high-volume environments. 


•    You own the end-to-end customer journey from contract management to service execution ensuring consistently high satisfaction, long-term partnerships, and measurable business outcomes.

 

This is a fixed term full time role up to 7th June 2027| Hybrid flexible work practices, 2-3 days a week in office office based at 477 Pitt, Sydney.
