Service Coordinator - Linen Hub™

Location: Broadmeadows, VIC

Salary: Competitive salary + Super

 

At SPL, we're transforming how businesses access premium commercial linen through our expanding Linen Hub™ network. We're looking for a customer-focused and highly organised Linen Hub™ Service Coordinator to join our Melbourne team and become the first point of contact for customers across Australia. You'll deliver exceptional service by supporting customers from onboarding through to ongoing account management while working closely with our National Service Delivery Manager and broader Commercial and Operations teams.

This is a fast-paced role suited to someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a busy environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer experiences. You'll coordinate enquiries, manage customer support, maintain accurate records and collaborate across multiple teams to ensure every customer receives responsive, proactive and personalised service.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Be the first point of contact for Linen Hub™ customers via phone, email and online support.
  • Manage customer enquiries and support cases through to resolution.
  • Coordinate new customer onboarding, account setup and product education.
  • Conduct customer follow-ups, satisfaction surveys and engagement calls.
  • Coordinate sample requests and support customer communications.
  • Maintain accurate customer records across CRM and operational systems.
  • Collaborate with Commercial, Operations and Production teams to deliver exceptional service and identify improvement opportunities.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in customer service, service coordination, customer success or account support.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with great attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and experience using CRM systems (Salesforce desirable).
  • Experience in hospitality, logistics, commercial services or service delivery is advantageous but not essential.
