At SPL, we're looking for a proactive and results-driven Service Delivery Manager to lead our Despatch teams. You'll be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service while ensuring despatch operations run safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively. What You'll Do
- Lead the day-to-day operations of Despatch teams to ensure safe, efficient, and customer-focused service delivery.
- Allocate resources, coordinate despatch schedules, and oversee daily operations to maximise productivity and fulfil customer requirements.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery, customer satisfaction, and operational performance.
- Monitor key operational KPIs, including Bundle compliance, managed customer reconciliations, invoicing, and RADARO scheduling.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members through performance management, training, and regular feedback.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analysing data, reviewing processes, and implementing innovative operational solutions.
What You'll Bring
- Proven leadership experience in service delivery, logistics, despatch, warehousing, or operational management.
- Strong people leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
- Experience managing KPIs, process improvement initiatives, and operational performance in a fast-paced environment.
