About the role?

We are looking for a Service Sales Consultant to help grow and manage our service portfolio across Victoria.

This is a relationship-focused sales role where you will partner with existing customers, win new business opportunities, and help clients get the most from their building transport solutions.

You will manage your own portfolio, identify growth opportunities, prepare proposals and tenders, negotiate contracts, and build long-term partnerships that drive customer success.

Whether you are already experienced in service sales or have a proven sales background and are eager to learn, we will provide the support and development to help you succeed.

Key accountabilities for the role include:

  • Managing and growing a portfolio of service accounts
  • Building trusted relationships with customers and key stakeholders
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Developing and maintaining a strong sales pipeline
  • Preparing proposals, quotations, and tenders
  • Negotiating and securing service contracts
  • Working closely with operational teams to deliver customer outcomes
  • Maintaining accurate sales forecasts and market insights
  • Representing Schindler as a trusted industry partner

  • Exposure to service-based, technical, construction, facilities management, or industrial industries (advantageous but not essential)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Good commercial awareness and business acumen
  • Experience managing customer portfolios or sales pipelines
  • A collaborative and team-oriented mindset
