This is more than a sales role.
As ELB's senior representative in Western Australia, you'll be responsible for driving business growth, developing executive client relationships, leading the local office and representing one of Australia's most innovative Audio Visual integration companies.

About the Opportunity
Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you'll lead ELB's commercial growth across Western Australia by identifying new opportunities, developing strategic partnerships and delivering consultative technology solutions that help our clients achieve their business objectives.
Working alongside our national engineering, project delivery and customer success teams, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding ELB's presence throughout Western Australia while ensuring our clients receive an outstanding experience from initial engagement through to project completion.
You'll also provide local leadership for our Western Australian office, fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture and ensuring the business is well positioned for continued growth.
What You'll Be Doing
Develop and execute ELB's Western Australia growth strategy.
Generate new business opportunities across Enterprise, Government, Education and Commercial sectors.
Build trusted relationships with executive decision-makers, consultants, architects and technology partners.
Lead consultative sales engagements and develop innovative client solutions.
Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals, tenders and strategic opportunities.
Grow strategic client accounts and identify opportunities for recurring revenue.
Lead and support the Western Australian office, facilities and local team.
Work collaboratively with National Operations to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
Represent ELB throughout the Western Australian market and industry.
Champion innovation, continuous improvement and the practical use of AI to improve business performance and customer engagement.
About You
You're an accomplished business development professional with a passion for building relationships and delivering innovative technology solutions.
Ideally you'll bring:
Extensive experience within the Audio Visual Integration, Workplace Technology or Education Technology industry.
A proven track record of winning new business and achieving revenue growth.
Strong consultative selling and solution development capability.
Experience managing executive-level client relationships.
Excellent commercial, negotiation and presentation skills.
Strong leadership capability with the ability to build positive team cultures.
Experience leading strategic opportunities from initial engagement through to contract award.
A proactive, growth-oriented mindset with a genuine passion for client success.
Experience leveraging AI and digital technologies to improve productivity, client engagement and commercial outcomes.
