Hi-Tec Oils is a proudly Australian-owned manufacturer and distributor of premium lubricants, servicing the automotive, transport, industrial, mining and agricultural industries across Australia.
We're seeking an experienced State Operations Manager to lead our Queensland Sales and Operations teams from our Crestmead facility. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving commercial growth, operational performance and customer satisfaction across the state.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you'll be responsible for leading both the Sales and Operations functions across Queensland. You'll oversee sales performance, warehousing, distribution, inventory, safety and financial outcomes while building a high-performing team focused on delivering exceptional customer service.
Lead, mentor and develop the Queensland Sales and Operations teams.
Drive sales growth and achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
Build and strengthen relationships with key customers and distributors.
Oversee warehouse, inventory and freight operations to ensure efficient order fulfilment.
Identify opportunities to improve productivity, reduce costs and drive continuous improvement.
Champion a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with WHS legislation and company policies.
Work collaboratively with the executive team to implement business strategies and support continued growth.
You are an experienced operational leader who enjoys balancing commercial outcomes with people leadership. You'll bring:
Proven experience in a senior State or Regional Operations leadership role.
Strong commercial acumen with experience delivering sales and operational targets.
Leadership experience across sales, warehousing, logistics or distribution teams.
Excellent coaching, communication and stakeholder management skills.
A solid understanding of inventory management, supply chain and warehouse operations.
A commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement.
Experience within lubricants, automotive, industrial products or a related industry will be highly regarded.
Current driver's licence.
