The Oportunity
ility is hiring an exceptional Implementation Manager to help property owners and operators bring our platform to life across their portfolios.
This role is a pivotal link between the customer, product, data and delivery teams. You will be responsible for taking a customer from signed agreement through to successful deployment, ensuring the platform is configured, integrated, tested, launched and adopted in a way that creates real operational value for th customer.
Our ideal person for this role understands enterprise software delivery, can manage multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally across a range of user personas, and is comfortable working across property operations, leasing, tenant engagement, ESG, building systems and data itegrations.
Key resonsibilities
· Own the end-to-end implementation of the ility platform and features for new customers, from project commencement through to “go-live” and post-launchoptimisation.
· Work with customers to understand their operating model, portfolio structure, systems, workflows, data sources, user roles and sucess measures.
· Translate customer operational and technical requirements into clear implementation plans, including milestones, dependencies, risks, responsibilitie and timelines.
· Co-ordinate internal teams across product, engineering, data, integrations, design, and customer success to delivereach deployment.
· Manage integrations with systems or applications such as Yardi, MRI, Salesforce, Microsoft 365, Power BI, building management systems, access control, visitor management, work order platforms, and other proprty technologies.
· Lead configuration of the ility platform, including user roles, permissions, dashboards, workflows, tenant-facing modules
, notifications, ad reporting views.
· Support data onboarding, validation, mapping, and reconciliation to ensure customers can trust
the information suraced through ility.
· Run customer workshops, training sessio
ns, testing cycles, nd go-live planning.
· Identify opportunities to improve workflows, automate manual processes, and expand ility’s role as the operating intelligence layer across customer’s business.
· Act as the main implementation point of contact for customers, keeping projects moving andstakeholders informed.
What we’re looking fo in our ideal candidate
· Experience implementing SaaS, proptech, ERP, CRM, workplace, building technology or enterrise software platforms.
· Strong project management skills and the ability to manage muliple workstreams at once.
· Comfort working with data, integrations,APIs, workflows, permissins and enterprise systems.
· Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with both technical andnon-technical stakeholders.
· A practical understanding of commercial real estate, property management, asset management, leasing, tenant engagement, facilities management, or SG would be highly regarded.
· A bias toward action, problem-soving and getting things live.
· Ability to identify new revenue opportunities for ility wthin your ilit customer stack
