In this role, you will manage and grow key customer relationships while delivering exceptional customer service. Working closely with the Sales, Customer Service, and Accounts teams, you'll coordinate customer enquiries, process orders, and provide proactive account support to ensure a seamless customer experience. This is a varied role ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and delivering outstanding service.

About your new role:
  • Manage a portfolio of Key Accounts, building strong relationships and acting as the primary point of contact.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer enquiries, resolving issues, and providing ongoing account support.
  • Process sales orders and coordinate order fulfilment to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
  • Prepare quotations, maintain pricing, provide product information, and support customers with brochures and samples.
  • Proactively communicate with customers regarding orders, stock availability, and account updates.
  • Work closely with internal Sales, Customer Service, and Accounts teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Assist with account maintenance, including new account setup, credit applications, and customer portal updates.
  • Support account reconciliations and assist with outstanding payments while maintaining positive customer relationships.
  • Update and maintain customer pricing across ERP systems, RapidNet, and customer portals.
  • Prepare reports and maintain accurate customer records to support business performance.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen customer relationships, improve service delivery, and support account growth.
About You
  • Previous experience in an Account Manager, Customer Service, or Client Relationship role.
  • A strong customer-first mindset with a passion for building long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A proactive problem solver who takes ownership and follows through.
