Brandis Hire is expanding, and we are looking for a motivated Account Manager to join our SEQ team as we continue our journey of transforming the technical equipment rental market across Australia. The Role
As an Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of the entire sales process:
Drive New Business Growth: Identify and secure new customer opportunities across targeted markets.
Expand existing accounts: Uncover new opportunities across departments and locations.
Close deals fast: Convert every enquiry into revenue.
Deliver customer success: Roll up your sleeves to coordinate deliveries and solve problems on the spot.
This isn’t just about hitting targets; it’s about shaping the customer experience and driving our growth.
What You Bring
2–3 years of strong sales experience with results to prove it.
A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
A customer-first mindset: solve problems, build trust, deliver value.
You work as a team player, whilst being driven to achieve your own results.
Experience in rental/hire or the industrial/electrical sector is an advantage, but not essential.
Valid driver’s licence and full working rights in Australia.
