As the business continues to expand across the APAC region, they are looking for an experienced Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with a portfolio of key partners and clients across Australia.

The Role - Manage and strengthen relationships across an existing portfolio of partners and customers
- Identify opportunities for growth, engagement, and cross-functional collaboration
- Act as a trusted point of contact and strategic advisor
- Work closely with internal teams including sales, product, onboarding, and marketing
- Support initiatives that improve customer experience and overall account performance
About You - Previous experience within B2B SaaS account management, partnerships, or customer success
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Commercially driven with a relationship-focused approach
- Organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple priorities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
