We’re looking for a commercially minded, relationship-driven Account Growth Manager to help expand and deepen existing strategic client relationships. This is not a traditional account management role. It’s consultative, growth-focused, and sits between client stakeholders, technical teams, and strategic partners.

The RoleYou’ll be embedded in a high-performing, delivery-led environment focused on growing existing accounts through trust, insight, and opportunity creation. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders and internal teams to identify growth opportunities, shape solutions, and support deal progression.
No cold calling. No transactional sales pressure. Just meaningful account expansion.What You’ll Do
- Build and grow relationships across senior client stakeholders in data, analytics, and business teams
- Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Support client-facing events such as roundtables, breakfasts, and executive sessions
- Work with internal teams to shape proposals, pitch materials, and commercial solutions
- Act as the connector between clients, delivery teams, and partners to progress opportunities

1–4 years’ technology experience in account management, customer success, recruitment or consulting services
- Are naturally relationship-led and commercially curious
- Enjoy building trust and expanding long-term client value
- Are interested in data, cloud, AI, or modern technology environments (no deep expertise required)
- Are confident engaging with senior stakeholders or want to develop that fast
- Bring initiative, energy, and a growth mindset
