This position will be located in our Central Coast office. 

The Role:

In this busy role you will be working alongside the Servers Australia Sales team and the General Manager of Sales to actively service our existing client base. 

To ensure our clients continually experience exceptional levels of customer service, you must possess strong communication and negotiation skills, be empathetic and be capable of working with a team or autonomously to get results.

As our Account Manager you will be responsible for:

●   Serving as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters

●   Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with regular contact

●   Develop trusted advisor relationships with customers

●   Negotiate contracts and close agreements to achieve business objectives

●   Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales targets

●   Support the timely and successful delivery of business solutions according to customer needs and objectives

●   Clearly communicate the progress of specific project initiatives to internal stakeholders

●   Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities

●   Prepare reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising information

●   Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organisation standards

●   Managing multiple competing  priorities

●   Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, competitors and industry knowledge
