Oracle Customer Success Services (CSS) is looking for an experienced Account Manager to support strategic customers across South Australia. You'll help customers accelerate cloud transformation, AI adoption, digital modernisation, operational excellence, and long-term business success while working for one of the world's leading technology companies.


About the Role

As a CSS Account Manager, you will sell Oracle services that help customers maximise the value of their Oracle investments. Working closely with Oracle account teams, you'll identify, shape, position, and close strategic services opportunities aligned to customer priorities.

You'll engage business and IT leaders, including C-suite executives, to connect customer challenges with Oracle CSS capabilities across advisory, cloud success, AI adoption, modernisation, operational excellence, and continuous innovation.


What You'll Do

  • Own services sales opportunities from qualification through proposal, negotiation, and close.
  • Understand customer business priorities and align them with Oracle CSS solutions.
  • Develop compelling value propositions, executive business cases, and customer proposals using AI-enabled insights.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Oracle Sales, Cloud, Support, Delivery, Partners, and Solution Specialists.
  • Develop strategic account plans, maintain a healthy pipeline, and consistently achieve sales targets.
  • Stay current on industry trends including AI, cloud, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, and digital transformation.


What We're Looking For

  • 6+ years' experience in enterprise technology sales, consulting services, managed services, customer success, or cloud solutions.
  • Proven success selling services-led solutions and managing complex enterprise opportunities.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise technology, cloud, AI, applications, infrastructure, and digital transformation.
  • Ability to engage CIOs, CTOs, CFOs, and senior executives with credibility.
  • Excellent consultative selling, discovery, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Experience building strategic account plans and collaborating across cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivated, customer-focused, commercially minded, and comfortable managing complex opportunities.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
