As we continue to grow, we are looking for a relationship-focused Account Manager
to join our team and help strengthen and expand our partnerships with schools
across Victoria.
About the Role
This is a relationship-led Account Management role focused on building, maintaining,
and growing partnerships with secondary schools.
You will be responsible for managing an existing portfolio of school relationships
while identifying opportunities to introduce additional IVET Group programs and
services. Working closely with Principals, Assistant Principals, Careers
Practitioners, VET Coordinators, and Trainers, you'll play a key role in
supporting schools and helping students access valuable learning opportunities.
This role combines account management, customer success, stakeholder engagement, and
business development, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working with
people and building long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of secondary school partnerships across Victoria
- Build strong relationships with school leaders and key education stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to increase student enrolments and program participation
- Introduce schools to additional IVET Group products and services
- Support onboarding and implementation of new school partnerships
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and outcomes
- Work directly with school staff in relation to compliance, through IVET’s quality assurance measures and/or monitoring activity.
- Maintain accurate records and reporting through HubSpot CRM
- Represent IVET Group at school meetings, networking events, and industry activities
- Contribute to retention, growth, and customer satisfaction targets
About You
You are a natural relationship builder who enjoys working with people and creating
positive outcomes for clients.

To be successful, you'll have:
- Previous experience in account management, customer success, relationship management, business development, or education
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- A proactive and results-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage your own portfolio
- Current Driver's Licence
- Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
Highly Regarded
- Experience working with secondary schools
- Knowledge of vocational education and training (VET)
- Experience within an RTO, TAFE, university, apprenticeship network, or education provider
- Understanding of senior secondary pathways and careers education
- Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot
