We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our team in Brisbane. This position blends customer success and sales, making it ideal for someone who enjoys building trusted relationships while proactively identifying opportunities to help clients grow.

While this is an office-based role, regular customer visits are expected to maintain strong, face-to-face engagement.


About the Role

As an Account Manager, you’ll act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of managed services clients. Your focus is on ensuring clients receive ongoing value while identifying opportunities to expand services in line with their business needs.

You’ll work closely with our technical and service delivery teams to ensure a seamless client experience in a highly collaborative environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients

  • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding each client’s business goals and challenges

  • Drive customer success outcomes, ensuring clients realise value from our services

  • Identify and develop sales opportunities within existing accounts

  • Lead regular account reviews and strategic discussions

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery

  • Support onboarding, service changes, and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Conduct in-person client visits to strengthen relationships and drive engagement


Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in account management within an MSP or IT services environment

  • Demonstrated ability to balance relationship management and sales growth

  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Commercial awareness with a consultative approach to selling

  • Ability to translate business needs into practical technology solutions

  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, cloud, and managed services environments
