Get Picked Up - North Sydney NSW Permanent full-time | Hybrid | Great location, new office, free coffee
Get Picked Up is an Australian rideshare and transport provider specialising in safe, reliable and caring transport for NDIS participants and people with additional needs. You’ll join a growing business that partners with support coordinators, plan managers, providers and families to make everyday travel easier and more dignified for people living with disability.
Our brand-new North Sydney office is in a great location, close to public transport and local amenities, with modern workspaces, collaborative breakout areas and free coffee. Enjoy splitting your time between the office and customer visits.
The role
Reporting to the Head of Key Accounts you will:
• Manage a portfolio of existing NDIS customers and referrers - including support coordinators, plan managers, provider groups and allied health practices
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with coordinators and key contacts so Get Picked Up becomes their transport partner of choice
• Schedule regular check-ins, reviews and education sessions to deepen understanding of our services and make it easy for them to refer participants
• Act as the primary point of contact for queries, issues or complaints, coordinating internally to ensure timely resolution and clear communication back to clients and stakeholders
• Identify opportunities to increase usage, expand into new locations and promote new service offerings, supporting the sales team with upsell and cross-sell conversations
• Collect and share customer and participant feedback to help refine processes, improve service and inform product and operational decisions
• Maintain accurate records, account plans and activity in our CRM to support forecasting and planning across the NDIS segment.
About you
• Experience in client relationship management, account management or customer success, ideally within NDIS, disability, community services, health or another service-based environment
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with both frontline coordinators and senior leaders
• Customer-oriented mindset - you listen, follow through and are proactive in solving problems and improving the experience
• Organised and structured, able to juggle multiple accounts, stakeholders and priorities without dropping the ball
• Comfortable discussing services, pricing and value in a way that aligns with NDIS frameworks and participant needs (or keen to learn quickly).
• Genuine passion for improving outcomes for people living with disability and their families.
What we offer
• Great North Sydney location in a new office, close to public transport and local amenities.
• Free coffee, modern breakout spaces and a collaborative, scale-up environment.
• The opportunity to build meaningful, long-term relationships and clearly see the impact of your work on participants lives.
