Role Description This full-time remote role combines responsibilities of Accounting Assistant, Tax Assistant, and Finance Coordinator for Sales & Customer Success. Day-to-day tasks include supporting tax preparation activities, maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with payroll administration, and helping generate and review financial statements. The role also involves using accounting software to process invoices, reconcile accounts, and track payments associated with sales and customer success operations. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure correct billing, tax compliance, and timely financial reporting, while responding to internal and external finance-related queries. The position requires strong attention to detail, adherence to regulatory standards, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a digital, remote environment.

Qualifications

  • Tax-related skills, including Tax Preparation and basic understanding of Tax regulations.
  • Proficiency with Accounting Software and ability to maintain accurate accounting records.
  • Experience with Payroll Administration, including handling salary calculations and deductions.
  • Ability to prepare, interpret, and reconcile Financial Statements.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication skills for collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, and HR teams.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage deadlines effectively.
  • Relevant education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications are a plus.
  • Familiarity with HR or HRMS environments is beneficial.
