About Emmetts
Emmetts is seeking a strong, commercially minded leader with a genuine passion for the agricultural industry to lead one of our key regional locations.
Based at our large flagship branch in Cummins, this role will lead a team focused on supporting broadacre farmers across the region. We are looking for an experienced Ag Sales or Branch leader who understands the industry, builds trusted customer relationships, and has the drive to strengthen culture, grow performance and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Our Branch Managers are key leaders in the business, responsible for driving branch performance, developing people and building strong customer and community relationships. They understand the dynamics of their region, bring confidence in leading sales-focused teams, and use local market insights to make informed decisions that support profitable growth across all areas of the branch.
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Strong people leadership, with the confidence to set direction, lift performance and lead through growth and change
- Strong capability in Sales and customer focused approach
- A strategic, analytical and proactive approach to problem solving
- Strong business acumen, with sound financial and reporting capability
- Clear communication skills and the ability to influence, engage and build trust
- A genuine passion for the agricultural industry, with ag sales, machinery or product knowledge highly regarded
Agricultural industry knowledge and a strong understanding of the local market would be highly regarded, but are not essential.
