Business Consultant - CPM

At TechnologyOne, our Business Consultants play a critical role in helping customers transform the way they work. As a trusted advisor, you'll partner with customers to understand their business challenges, guide them through change, and help them realise the full value of their TechnologyOne solution. This role has a core focus on our Corporate Performance Management (CPM) product which helps customers turn financial and operational data into clear reporting, analytics, dashboards and performance insights.

Working across a variety of projects and programs, you'll collaborate with customers, project teams, and internal specialists to deliver exceptional outcomes and create a seamless customer experience throughout the implementation journey. You'll combine your business expertise, problem-solving skills, and passion for customer success to help organisations achieve their goals and drive meaningful change.

What you will be doing...

• Partnering with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
• Providing expert advice and guidance throughout project delivery
• Facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and recommending best-practice solutions
• Supporting customers through business process improvement and change initiatives
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes
• Building trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Helping customers maximise the value of their TechnologyOne investment

Your Talents…

• Experience in business consulting, business analysis, solution delivery, or a similar customer-facing role
• Experience with Corporate Performance Management (CPM), financial reporting, analytics, dashboards or performance measurement solutions, ideally TechnologyOne CPM product
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication and facilitation abilities
• A customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional outcomes
• The ability to analyse business challenges and develop practical, effective solutions
• A collaborative approach and the ability to thrive in a dynamic project environment
