Your Impact
- Build strong relationships with customers to understand needs and convert inquiries into sales
- Manage and grow client accounts with proactive follow-up on quotes and proposals
- Ensure post-installation satisfaction and long-term client partnerships
- Prepare accurate quotations, service contracts, and reports
- Support the team with admin and ad hoc tasks as required
- 2+ years’ experience in sales or business development
- Confident communicator with a professional phone manner
- Self-starter who thrives on independence and initiative
- Strong organisational skills and laser-sharp attention to detail
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal skills
- Technical aptitude (automotive or mechanical knowledge a plus)
- Ability to juggle priorities and act with urgency
- Willingness to travel across Sydney metro area
